That's why we developed In-Train.

In-Train (or Integrated Training) is an innovative product designed for businesses of between 50 and 250 employees. In-Train works very well for businesses with small or no HR and training departments that need some extra support.

Essentially, this is how it works:

• As an In-Train client it will be like having your own Training and HR Department. We'll work with you to create and then deliver a suite of courses to your teams and provide HR support, if that's what you need.
• We'll do the admin and paperwork and we can even sort out the venue for you.
• The way we charge is pretty clever. No more big design fees up front or one-off fees for training courses. It helps your cash flow (and ours) and you know how much training you have in the pot for your teams.
• And remember. it's just like having your own HR and Training department.
